By creating an account or using the Makh Funds platform, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These rules exist to protect the savings system and ensure fairness for all users.
Makh Funds Savings is a goal-based savings platform designed to help users save money in a disciplined way. Funds deposited are locked until the goal is achieved or the expiry date is reached.
Each user must register using a valid email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. All actions taken on your account are considered authorized by you.
Each user is allowed one active savings goal at a time. When creating a goal, you must choose a target amount and an expiry date. Once deposits begin, the goal details cannot be changed.
All deposits are made through Yoco. Once money is deposited, it becomes locked into your savings goal and cannot be withdrawn until the goal is claimable.
Makh Funds does not allow early or emergency withdrawals. Once a deposit has been made, the money is locked until the goal reaches its target or the expiry date has passed. This rule ensures the discipline and purpose of the savings system.
Your goal becomes claimable when either the target amount is reached or the expiry date you selected has passed. When this happens, the Claim button will appear on your dashboard.
All deposits made through Makh Funds are subject to processing and platform fees.
A payment processing fee of up to 4% may be applied to cover third-party payment provider costs. This percentage is an estimate and actual fees charged by the payment provider may be slightly lower or slightly higher.
In addition, Makh Funds charges a 3% service fee on deposits after payment processing fees are applied.
Due to the nature of third-party processing fees, the exact deduction may vary slightly. If there is any overestimation of fees, users may request a review and claim any small difference where applicable.
By making a deposit, you acknowledge and accept these fee structures.
When your goal becomes claimable, you may withdraw the full amount saved. Partial withdrawals are not allowed. Once a goal is claimed, it is marked as completed and you may create a new goal.
A goal can only be deleted if no money has been deposited. If any amount has been saved, the goal becomes locked until it is claimed.
By using this platform, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily saving your own money and accept the lock-in system. You understand that funds are not accessible until your goal becomes claimable.
We aim to keep the platform available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Technical issues, updates, or external service providers may cause temporary downtime.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account involved in fraud, abuse, or misuse of the platform.
By registering and making a deposit on Makh Funds, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
